Services provided by OwnerHubLex are intended for users who can lawfully form contracts under applicable Malaysian law. Use by minors or persons lacking capacity is not permitted without appropriate legal authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. If you act on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You agree to use OwnerHubLex services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include actions that violate laws, infringe rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the services.

Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions or to users subject to activity restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the services complies with local laws where you operate.

To access certain features you may be required to register an account with OwnerHubLex. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate credentials and information, and for all activity under their accounts.

You must provide current and accurate information during registration and keep account details up to date. OwnerHubLex may suspend or restrict accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Keep account credentials secure and do not share passwords. Notify OwnerHubLex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. OwnerHubLex employs reasonable security measures but cannot accept liability for compromised credentials resulting from user negligence.

Account credentials are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from OwnerHubLex.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact OwnerHubLex promptly so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute the incident.

OwnerHubLex may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, for nonpayment, or to comply with legal obligations. Suspension may be immediate where necessary to protect systems or lawful interests.

OwnerHubLex provides a range of legal information, document templates, consultations and business compliance support tailored to entrepreneurs in Malaysia. Services are delivered via the website and by direct engagement under agreed terms.

OwnerHubLex may modify, suspend or discontinue features or services at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes where feasible. Changes do not affect obligations already incurred prior to the change unless explicitly stated.

While OwnerHubLex strives to maintain service availability, access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. OwnerHubLex does not accept liability for temporary interruptions or degraded performance beyond reasonable measures to prevent them.

When using OwnerHubLex you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these rules.

• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.
• Respect intellectual property rights and only upload content you have the right to share.
• Provide truthful and accurate information when interacting with services and support.
• Comply with any usage limits, pricing terms and instructions provided by OwnerHubLex.
• Use features only for lawful professional or business purposes related to entrepreneurship.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests from OwnerHubLex in the course of contribute misuse or security incidents.

Users may provide content such as questionnaire responses, documents and comments. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You retain ownership of your user content. By submitting content you represent that you have rights to provide it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

By submitting user content you grant OwnerHubLex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide services and operate the website.

OwnerHubLex is not responsible for verifying user content. Content that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading may affect the usefulness of services; users should exercise professional judgement and seek qualified advice where necessary.

OwnerHubLex may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their content in accordance with privacy and rights request procedures.

All intellectual property rights in OwnerHubLex branding, website design, templates and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to OwnerHubLex. Users must not copy, modify or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

• Do not reproduce OwnerHubLex logos, activity or service marks without written authorization.
• Do not use content from the site for commercial redistribution unless explicitly permitted.
• Respect third-party copyrights and licenses when uploading or sharing content.

OwnerHubLex may offer paid consulting, document drafting, premium resources and subscription services. Paid services are subject to pricing, payment and cancellation terms set out at point of sale.

Pricing for paid services is displayed on the website or in proposals. Prices are stated in the local currency and exclude any taxes unless otherwise noted.

Payments are collected through permitted payment processors. By purchasing paid services you authorize OwnerHubLex to charge the designated payment method for the applicable fees.

Subscription services renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions via account settings or by contacting OwnerHubLex as described in the subscription terms.

Refunds, if any, are provided in accordance with the specific refund policy applicable to the purchased service. OwnerHubLex evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with consumer protection requirements.

Cancellation procedures and timelines are specified for each paid service. Cancellation requests should be submitted through the account interface or by contacting OwnerHubLex support.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases under local tax laws. OwnerHubLex will collect and remit taxes where required by law.

OwnerHubLex may change pricing for services. Where changes affect ongoing subscriptions, OwnerHubLex will provide notice as required and will apply changes in accordance with the terms in force.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding amounts are settled. OwnerHubLex may pursue collection through permitted means.

Information provided by OwnerHubLex is general in nature and does not constitute specific legal advice for particular circumstances. Users with complex or critical legal matters should consult a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerHubLex excludes or limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of services. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service where applicable.

OwnerHubLex may integrate with or link to third-party services. These third parties operate independently and OwnerHubLex is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or performance.

OwnerHubLex may suspend or terminate access to services for breaches of these Terms, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Users may also terminate their accounts by following the prescribed account closure process.

On termination, access to paid features will cease and some user data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies. Any outstanding obligations accrued before termination remain payable.

OwnerHubLex processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. The privacy policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, retention periods and user rights.

Notices to users may be provided by email, through the website, or by postal mail to the address on file. Legal notices to OwnerHubLex may be sent to 42381, Lorong Sanggul 1B, Bandar Puteri, 41200 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

OwnerHubLex may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Substantive updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. To the extent permitted by law, parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for disputes arising under these Terms.

Where feasible, parties should seek to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation before commencing litigation. Specific dispute resolution procedures may be set out in separate agreements for paid services.
