The terms outline permitted uses, account responsibilities, payment terms for paid services, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution. Eligibility to use services

Services provided by OwnerHubLex are intended for users who can lawfully form contracts under applicable Malaysian law. Use by minors or persons lacking capacity is not permitted without appropriate legal authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. If you act on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You agree to use OwnerHubLex services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include actions that violate laws, infringe rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the services.

Keep account credentials secure and do not share passwords. Notify OwnerHubLex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. OwnerHubLex employs reasonable security measures but cannot accept liability for compromised credentials resulting from user negligence.

Account credentials are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from OwnerHubLex.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact OwnerHubLex promptly so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute the incident.

OwnerHubLex may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, for nonpayment, or to comply with legal obligations. Suspension may be immediate where necessary to protect systems or lawful interests.

Services offered

OwnerHubLex provides a range of legal information, document templates, consultations and business compliance support tailored to entrepreneurs in Malaysia. Services are delivered via the website and by direct engagement under agreed terms.

OwnerHubLex may modify, suspend or discontinue features or services at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes where feasible. Changes do not affect obligations already incurred prior to the change unless explicitly stated.

While OwnerHubLex strives to maintain service availability, access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. OwnerHubLex does not accept liability for temporary interruptions or degraded performance beyond reasonable measures to prevent them.

User responsibilities and rules

When using OwnerHubLex you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and these rules.

User-generated content

Users may provide content such as questionnaire responses, documents and comments. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You retain ownership of your user content. By submitting content you represent that you have rights to provide it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

By submitting user content you grant OwnerHubLex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide services and operate the website.

OwnerHubLex is not responsible for verifying user content. Content that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading may affect the usefulness of services; users should exercise professional judgement and seek qualified advice where necessary.

OwnerHubLex may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their content in accordance with privacy and rights request procedures.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in OwnerHubLex branding, website design, templates and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to OwnerHubLex. Users must not copy, modify or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

On termination, access to paid features will cease and some user data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies. Any outstanding obligations accrued before termination remain payable.
